The Kodiak Room is a spacious, upstairs studio-style guest accommodation attached to the main house. It has its own exterior entrance and is reached by stairs. Inside, you will find a comfortable sleeping area, a private bathroom, a kitchen, and room to sit and dine. A private balcony provides another place to take in the Alaska setting. Kodiak guests are still part of the traditional Bed & Breakfast experience, with Alaska-style breakfast and the home's welcoming shared spaces available during their stay.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
