Policies
Check-In
At The Magic Moose LLC we are here to greet you when you arrive during normal business hours. However, you can arrive any time of night, rooms are ready at 4:00 p.m. each day,
We are on the premises to assist you should you need help.
Once you complete your reservation you will receive an email with directions and check-in details.
From May 1-September 10 we offer a hot breakfast that is served between 7:00-9:00. Please make us aware of any dietary needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Grab and go can be provided with advance notice.

Check-Out
11:00 am [Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am. The Jackalope Pubroom is accessible while waiting for transportation, etc.]
Reservations are required and contingent on availability.
Alcohol is allowed in the house, however, smoking is not permitted indoors. We have designated smoking areas.
Pets are not allowed.
We provide a tranquil getaway and an adult only environment.

Any guests over 2 per room are subject to additional charges.
Full payment is due at booking.

Cancellation Policy
A refund will be given if your cancellation is made more than 3 days prior to arrival, LESS a 5% cancellation fee just to cover our credit card fees.
Cancellations 3 days or less are subject to full payment.
If we are able to fill the room to a new party you will only be charged a 5% cancellation fee. The Magic Moose LLC will not double book or over sell our rooms. it is important to cancel your reservations prior to the 3 days.
